How it works

Fill out a brief survey and book a 15 minute call - we’ll answer any questions you have about the program and decide together if it’s a good fit for you

Once you join, we’ll schedule an onboarding call to kick things off.

What we need from you

We want to do everything we can to get you hired - however, the mentor program won’t be right for everyone. It’s intended for software engineers with at least some experience in robotics. You’re probably a good fit if:

  1. You’re comfortable with software engineering fundamentals: you've graduated with a related degree, had a software engineering job, or otherwise can demonstrate you’ve got a strong grasp of basic software development
  2. You have some type of robotics-related background: you took robotics-related classes in college, you’ve programmed robots as a hobby, or participated in a robotics club or team.
  3. You're willing to relocate for your job: many robotics jobs are concentrated in a select few cities, so we can’t really guarantee that we can get you a robotics job in your current city (we might make an exception if you live in San Francisco or Boston, let us know if that's the case).
